Rosemary's Baby Lemon Cocktail

Rosemary’s Baby Cocktail is a Tart-Sweet Treat!

‘Rosemary’s Baby’ Lemon Cocktail is inspired and infused with the botanical fragrance of rosemary and lemon with a touch of sweetness and effervescence making it the perfect spring/summer elixir.

With the addition of sparkling water, this cocktail is not too sweet. Add more or less sparkling water to appeal to your sweet tooth accordingly.

GLASS: Highball or stemless goblet

INGREDIENTS:

3 oz felənē® American Handcrafted vodka

juice of one (Meyer) lemon

1 oz simple syrup

2 oz sparking water

1 small sprig fresh rosemary

Ice to fill glass half-way

Start with filling your glass half-way with ice. Add vodka, simple syrup and lemon juice. Cover with metal shaker-tin and shake vigorously. Pour contents into shaker tin (setting now-chilled glass on the side) and add sparkling water to mixture in shaker tin (do not shake); then pour entire contents slowly into chilled glass and add rosemary sprig.

Enjoy you Rosemary’s Baby Lemon Cocktail as a refreshing kick-off to week-end evenings or as a take-along on social outings. The Rosemary’s Baby Lemon Cocktail can be pre-mixed (add ice when serving) and it travels well to picnic, beach or mountain retreat.
