Santa Teresa 1796 Rum was created to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Hacienda Santa Teresa Distillery in Venezuela. It’s Spanish-style rum that blends three rums aged 4 years and 35 years in oak bourbon barrels, then is further aged using a solera system.
According to the company, Santa Teresa 1796 features a palate with notes of tobacco, leather, molasses and dark chocolate as well as notes of molasses, vanilla and cherries.
