Frozen Moscow Mule with Felene Vodka

As the temperature rises and summer swings into high gear, we're all on the hunt for that perfect chilled beverage. Today, we're introducing a frosty twist on a cocktail classic: The Frozen Moscow Mule.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Felene Vodka (or Felene Flavors Flavored Vodka)

  • 1 Cup Ginger beer

  • 2 oz Fresh-squeezed lime juice

  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • Garnish
  • 2 slices lime

  • 1 sprig mint leaves

Directions

  • Blend the Ingredients: Add the vodka, ginger beer, fresh lime juice, and ice cubes into a blender. Blend until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency. If it's too thick, add a little more ginger beer and blend again. If it's too thin, add more ice and blend.
  • Serve: Pour your icy Moscow Mules into copper mugs if you have them - they help keep your drink extra cold. If not, any glass will do just fine!
  • Garnish and Enjoy: Garnish each mug with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint. Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately while it's still frosty!

Notes

  • To enhance the mint flavor, muddle a few mint leaves in the bottom of the mug before adding the slushy mixture.
  • For a spicy twist, add a slice or two of fresh jalapeño to the blender for a kick that contrasts beautifully with the icy temperature.
  • If you're hosting a summer party, prepare the slushy mixture in advance and store it in the freezer. When it's party time, simply give it a quick whizz in the blender and it's ready to serve.
  • Always remember to serve this drink as cold as possible. The icy slushiness is a huge part of its charm!
