Tayēr + Elementary creates RTD with Everleaf

Non-alcoholic aperitif Everleaf has teamed up with London bar Tayēr + Elementary for a second time to create a limited edition ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail.

Following the success of the Blood Orange + Timur Pepper Highball RTD released in January, Everleaf’s founder Paul Mathew and Tayēr + Elementary’s mixology duo of Alex Kratena and Monica Berg have joined forces again to release a canned Jasmine + Lily Highball.

The RTD features Everleaf Mountain, which offers a fruity base note of strawberries and cherry blossom, and is complemented by the scent of jasmine and lilies. In addition, hints of tuberose are contrasted by rich vanilla notes, and offset by ‘zesty’ citrus.

It is described as an ‘easy and flavourful’ non-alcoholic Highball to enjoy both at home or in the bar.

Mathew commented: “Alex and Monica have supported Everleaf since the start. We have huge admiration for their creativity, and are once again excited to collaborate with them on another very limited edition drink, the Jasmine + Lily Highball. It’s been super exciting exploring these floral ingredients, and we can’t wait for you to have a chance to try it.”

The 250ml slimline cans are now available to purchase from the Tayēr + Elementary bar at 152 Old Street, London EC1, and from tayer-elementary.com for £4.50 (US$5.85) each.

B Corp-certified Everleaf was awarded a Gold medal by the judges at The Low & No Masters 2024 for its Mountain expression, while its Forest expression was named as the Taste Master of the entire blind tasting competition.

Earlier this summer, the brand created its Spritz marketing campaign, which saw adverts at key sites in London’s Soho, and along escalators at three London Underground stations.

This year, Tayēr + Elementary was nominated in the category for Best International Bar Team at Tales of the Cocktail.
