This is a 116-proof, four-grain straight bourbon whiskey. It is blended from three bourbon mash bills aged three-to-four years in new American oak barrels, and is uncut and non chill-filtered.

Penelope Bourbon Barrel Strength Batch 05 has notes of candied sweetness, smoke, and savory grain, the company says, making it ideal for winter cocktails.
