Dutch brand Luchino has introduced a new ‘accessible luxury’ expression, Vodka One Edition, distilled in the heart of Amsterdam.
The new expression is said to embody a blend of craftsmanship, tradition and modern innovation.
With a recommended retail price of €26 (US$28), the 40% ABV vodka ‘redefines value in the high-end spirits market, offering exceptional quality at fair pricing.’
Each batch is produced using ‘state-of-the-art’ distillation techniques, ensuring a smooth profile that can be enjoyed in cocktails or on its own.
The Luchino Vodka One Edition bottle design is inspired by Delft Blue pottery, a symbol of Dutch heritage.
The hand-painted ceramic art form, characterised by its classic blue and white patterns, originated in the 17th century and represents the cultural heritage of the Netherlands.
By incorporating elements of Delft Blue into the bottle design, Luchino Vodka One pays homage to Amsterdam’s storied artistry.
Earlier this year, Luchino Vodka partnered with Danish distributor Bemakers to make its Azur Edition available in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany and France.
At The Vodka Masters 2024 blind tasting, the Dutch brand was awarded a Master medal.
Earlier this year, we looked at how vodka brands are harnessing the power of marketing to reinvigorate the category.
