Beveland unveils Glens Silver’s Ginger Liqueur

Spanish drinks group Beveland Distillers has released a ginger-flavoured whisky-based liqueur under its Glen Silver’s brand.

Launched by Spain’s Beveland Distillers in 2017, Glen Silver’s single malt Scotch whisky was created in a single distillery in Speyside. The brand has now expanded its portfolio to include Glen Silver’s Ginger Liqueur.

Bottled at 20% ABV, Glen Silver’s Ginger is based on the brand’s three-year-old blended Scotch whisky.

The liqueur is described as being a slightly golden liqueur, with notable aromas of ginger and citrus, malt hints and smoky nuances. It has a sweet taste, with citrus notes and a medium-long finish.

The new liqueur joins the Glen Silver’s range, which includes a blended Scotch whisky, a blended malt, a single malt, and eight-year-old and 12-year-old expressions.
