Tasting Notes

Our vodka tasting notes only begin to tell the story of this game-changing spirit. felənē® vodka is made using 100% pure, organic, non GMO sugar cane. Sugar cane is an ideal source for fermentable sugar (sucrose) and requires no additional chemicals to convert starches into sugars for fermentation. The result is a cleaner, smoother, more enjoyable vodka with no bitterness and less “alcohol heat” than most commercially available vodkas. Just one sip served neat and you will discover a whole new experience in vodka.

• ABV: 40% (80 proof),
• Distillation: 4 times,
4 times in stainless, reflux column still
• Filtration:
4 times block carbon, 32-inch, code 7 filter for carbon bonding
2 stages of ultra-fine screen filtration (.6 microns),
• Appearance: Crystal clear,
• Aroma: minimal presence of ethyl alcohol, essence of sweetness,
• Taste: noticeable softness of alcohol heat on the front of the
palate with a consistent smoothness through the back of the
palate with a hint of creamy-sweetness in the finish.
