Luxury Tequila brand Coracho teamed up with creative agency Aeon Black Creative to curate a pair of exclusive events for London Fashion Week (LFW) last weekend.
Demonstrating that Tequila is literally in fashion, the brand hosted a pre-party at Mayfair restaurant and lounge Bagatelle (Friday 21) before partnering with Aeon Black to host a show for avant-garde designer Helen Anthony the next night.
At both events – for London’s autumn/winter 2025 (AW2025) fashion week – celebrities and VIP fashionistas were in attendance (including The Spirits Business), which also saw Coracho create signature and bespoke Tequila cocktails for guests.
The Helen Anthony AW25 Runway Show was held at The London Hotel in Leicester Square, and in recent times, the designer has dressed the likes of Rita Ora, Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner.
As a partner of the campaign, Coracho is aligned with the fashion label’s blend of heritage and modernity, and its regard for the unconventional.
The brand aims to be viewed as ‘more than just a spirit’.
Trade and brand partner Dein Moore, founder of Aeon Black Creative and co-founder of Haus of Spirits, which looks after Coracho, explained: “It’s really about standing out and going above and beyond the standard sponsorship route.
“We find those to be quite boring and two dimensional. We [Coracho] wanted to be more involved, make a real commitment to shows and designers, and be a real part of the experience, from head to tail, of London Fashion Week.”
Coracho is co-owned by Daniel Carrasco Brihuega and Gabriellë Marks, who met in Mexico and bonded over their mutual passion for Tequila craftsmanship, and their vision for the spirit’s future.
The brand’s Tequila is produced with 100% Blue Weber agave and the portfolio comprises five expressions: Blanco, Reposado Añejo, Cristalino and the pink-hued Rosa, which is aged in French oak barrels that once housed Merlot wine.
The brand picked up a number of medals at The Tequila & Mezcal Masters 2024.
