The latest release from Cedar Ridge Distillery is their Amontillado Sherry Finished Bourbon.
This is 4½ years old and features the distillery’s flagship Iowa bourbon. It aged first in new American Oak and then finished in a first-fill Amontillado Sherry Butt from Jerez, Spain.
The mash bill is 74% corn, 14% rye and 12% malted barley.
Cedar Ridge Amontillado Sherry Finished Bourbon comes bottled non-chill filtered at 115 proof.
The suggested retail price is $59.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
This new expression is available in Iowa and online.
