Absolut teams up with Little Moons at All Bar One

Premium vodka brand Absolut has partnered with ice cream brand Little Moons to offer festive cocktails at All Bar One venues in the UK.

Available exclusively at All Bar One’s 46 sites this month, the festive Chalet menu features four cocktails with seasonal flavours to ‘evoke the warm, festive atmosphere of a chic après-ski lodge’.

Each cocktail is topped with a Little Moon, an ice cream snack wrapped in rice flour dough, inspired by mochi, a traditional Japanese dessert.

The first cocktail, Cinnamon Bun Espresso, combines Absolut Vodka, Kahlúa, oat drink, and cinnamon roll syrup, which is shaken and topped with a Little Moons Salted Caramel and toffee crumble.

The Very Berry Martini is made with Absolut Raspberri vodka, Chambord, cranberry juice, lemon purée, and raspberry syrup. It is topped with a Little Moons Very Berry sorbet mochi ball and dried cranberries.

Offering a festive twist on the Margarita, the Smoked Blood Orange Margarita is a mix of Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, Del Maguey Puebla mezcal, blood orange syrup, Mexican lime, agave, and salt. This serve is completed with a Little Moons Blood Orange and Pink Grapefruit Sorbet mochi ball.

The last of the quartet, Berry on the Rocks, is a non-alcoholic cocktail made with Everleaf Mountain, cranberry and apple juice, raspberry syrup, lemon purée, and dragon fruit powder. It is served with a Little Moons Very Berry sorbet mochi ball.

The Chalet menu is available at All Bar One until 31 December.

James Bremner, on-trade channel director for Pernod Ricard UK, said: “This year, more than ever, is all about the power of the perfect serve, which is why we are making sure festive menus are on point through creative cocktails that capture consumer imagination. We are delighted to be working with Little Moons and All Bar One for this exciting brand collaboration.”

In October, Absolut Vodka partnered with Universal Studios to celebrate the release of Wicked.

Earlier this year, the brand launched a limited edition bottle inspired by a long-lost painting by American artist Andy Warhol.
